How do I track my order?
Members can follow every order and its status under My orders. Ordered as a guest? Create an account with the email address you used at checkout and your orders appear there.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest with your email address.
Which payment methods do you accept?
FPX, Visa, Mastercard, GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, Atome.
Can I return an item or get a refund?
Yes. You can request a refund within 30 days of the order date, from the order under My orders. See Delivery & returns.
