Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Malaysia. Some orders can be collected from a Babyboo outlet instead; checkout shows that option when it is available.

Members can follow every order and its delivery or pickup status under My orders.

Returns and refunds

You can request a refund within 30 days of the order date, once the order is paid.

  • Open the order under My orders and choose Request refund.
  • Choose the items and quantities, and tell us why.
  • We review every request and show its status on the order.

Ordered as a guest? Create an account with the email address you used at checkout. Your orders then appear under My orders, where you can request a refund.
